Procedure

Before registering for this event you will be requested to set up a conference account in the EMBL events' database. With this login (e-mail + password) you will be able to register in the future for other EMBL conferences or courses.


Payment

Note: The registration fees DO NOT include accommodation.

Registration fees:

From April the 1st, 2009 (regular fee):
Academia - Eur 150.00
Industry - Eur 300.00

Please, DO NOT effect payment until you have received confirmation that you have been selected for the conference.

Stipends:

In order to encourage participation of PhD students worldwide, the symposium committee proposes stipends for the registration fee for about 10% of the participants. This selection will be based on Merit-cum-Means. However, this stipend can only be applied for after the participant has been accepted to attend the conference.


Abstract Submission

Note: Applications with an abstract submission will be given the first priority and applications without an abstract submission must include a motivation letter in order to be considered.

The abstract submission link will be found in the confirmation page/ e-mail you will receive after registration. We accept only online submission of abstracts.

The abstract submission deadline is the 25th of August, 2009.
